Terms and Conditions

Purchase Terms and Conditions:

Before you  finalize your orders, Please make sure that you have the correct shipping address, item number(s) and quantities. There will be no refunds nor adjustments prior to approval once you finalize your order. Once your order has left our facility it is no longer in our hands and if your package is lost or not received, you have to contact the carrier.


We at Rocky's Gardens are dedicated to making your purchasing experience convenient and pleasant. Please contact us with any problems and follow the simple terms below. Thank you.

  • Rocky's Gardens will make every effort to ship your order within a 48 hour period.
  • Prices are those in effect at the time your order is finalized. Once an order is placed online we cannot apply any discount codes after the fact. Cancellation of an order has a fee of 25%.
  • Visa, Mastercard and PayPal are accepted.
  • Credit card deposits not used for purchase within 90 days will be forfeited.


Return and Refund Policy

 Returned Goods

  • Acceptable returned goods, any cancellation of an order or any refused orders will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for returning with a shipper capable of showing proof of delivery, properly packaging and fully insuring the return shipment.
  • No return authorization or credit will be granted after 15 days of invoice date. There will be no refund for returned material that is not in resalable condition. No credits or refunds on items that have been sublimated on.
  • Wearable garments are not returnable.
  • All products are only returnable if defective from the manufacturer. Customers need to call to get an approval to return.
  • Rocky's Gardens will not authorize returns on printed items.
  • Any credit has to be used within a year. If not used this credit automatically expires.
  • All returns of any products need to have the same country of origin sticker as we sent. This will be on most products like shot-glasses and mugs.

Rocky's Gardens makes every effort to fill your orders accurately with quality pre-tested products. When returns are necessary, please follow these easy steps:

  • If, in the rare instance, you find defective merchandise in any shipment, call Rocky's Gardens within 5 days of receiving the shipment.
  • Please have the following information ready when you call Rocky's Gardens: Name, Company Name, Invoice Number, Reasons for Return.
  • Orders returned without authorization will be refused. Send authorized merchandise to be returned to:

  • You will only receive credit on non-printed items if approved. If product is printed on, it is not eligible for credit.
